No, we are not an authorized seller.
Delivery usually takes around 1 week from the day after you place your order give or take any delays. Once your order is placed, the next day we’ll ship the mattress using any one of our national freight companies. As soon as it arrives in your city they'll call you and setup an exact day and time for delivery to your home which is most convenient for you.
All our pricing covers to-your-door delivery. We do offer an additional white-glove delivery service you can select when you order.
The only way to get a warranty is to pay full price at a retail store. If anyone else tells you different they’re pulling your chain, and the retailer won’t support it. Our customers never have an issues buying from us without a warranty.
We can’t make any guarentees however in general the life of a good mattress is between 5 and 10 years. We have heard plenty of times they last longer than that. We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to seal your mattress. This protects it from harmful liquids which can degrade the memory foam, and decrease the lifespan of your mattress.

There are many showroom stores which carry the mattresses we sell that usually have multiple locations in every major city. We recommend stopping by and trying them out there. when it comes to Adjustable Bases in general they all have the same functionality however not all brands are created equal. We carry only brands that are new with warranty, supported by legitimate companies, and are made from high quality parts. We don't like our customers having issues but if they do we make sure they are well taken care of!
You can pick up your mattress from the shipping terminal if you'd like however all payments must be made up-front. We have optimized our business direct to customer without showrooms, and other costs to help you save, and get the best sleep for the best price!
Like any other legitimate business we take payment upfront and then provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. We can’t ship out thousands of dollars worth of inventory on the hope that we’ll get paid. We sell legitimate mattresses. When we receive them, we inspect each one and make sure it’s of the highest quality. We then box them for shipping to make sure once you purchase, we can get it to you as quickly as possible. We try to take pictures of each one before boxing so if you need pictures those can be available upon request.
